Project Description: This project involved a two phase development covering a total of six acres and creating 95 apartment units.  Westech Engineering was the civil engineer for both phases providing onsite grading and drainage and utility design, and off-site public street and utility design for Godsey Road, Miller Avenue and Jonathan Avenue to serve the site.
