Project Description: This project required a very short design window and a subsequent short construction window. Coupled with our intimate knowledge of the site and surrounding property and our close working relationships at the City and the State we helped the developer make this Mill Creek Corporate Center project a reality. The project included the construction of a 465,000 square foot facility, hundreds of truck parking stalls, and a stormwater facility. The total size of the site is 52.6 acres. Stormwater from the site was treated with two large bioswales while flow control was completed with a large dry detention facility. In addition on the onsite improvements, Westech also completed the design for 2,000 feet of public street to serve as the main access to the project site.
